At Equinox Cards Australia, we strive to ensure that your Pokémon Trading Card Game singles are shipped safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for information on shipping methods, processing times, and costs.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Tracked Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and the destination of your order.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Postage delays may occur in cases of Saturday evenings, Sundays, and public holidays when Australia Post offices are closes. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to high order volumes.
4. Packaging and Protection
We take great care to ensure that your cards arrive in excellent condition. All cards are posted with suitable protection relative to their value. The following is a guide only:
- Single Cards: Packaged in penny sleeves and either cardboard protection PVC top loader, or semi-rigid loader.
- Rare and Holo Cards: Packaged in penny sleeves, and top loaders.
- High-Value Cards: Packaged in penny sleeves, top loaders, team bags, and potentially bubble mailers for extra protection.
5. Tracking and Delivery
For tracked and express shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
6. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays, missing packages, or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
